This award-winning project involved developing a cohesive and visually engaging social media campaign for Kokee Tea, a local boba shop. Over a 16-week group project, we conducted customer interviews to build user personas, refreshed the brand story and guidelines, and crafted custom content tailored for Instagram (posts and Reels), Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter/X. With a strong focus on visual consistency and brand personality, the campaign highlighted Kokee Tea’s unique offerings while driving engagement through storytelling and customer connection. The final deliverables included a full content strategy with a posting calendar, defined KPIs and objectives, and an XMPIE workflow.
